Founded by a Las Vegas native with a true passion for real estate, Sin City Real Estate and Management LLC was built to reflect the energy and character of our city. Alexis Quintanilla is a proud Las Vegas native and the founder of Sin City Real Estate and Management LLC, a fast-growing property management company built on the promise “For Locals, By Locals.” With a lifelong passion for real estate, Alexis started her career as an agent helping first-time investors build profitable rental portfolios and has since expanded into full-service property management.
Beyond her role as Broker/Owner, Alexis is deeply engaged in the real estate community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Council of Realtors - Las Vegas as Membership Director, is an active member of multiple committees at GLVAR, and recently completed local leadership training at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Her commitment to service extends into the community as well—Alexis has been honored by U.S. Vets for her support of veterans and actively participates in programs that promote equitable housing.
Known for her creativity and hands-on approach, Alexis not only manages properties but also helps investors see their potential, while educating tenants on their rights. She is a lifelong learner with a passion for inspiring others through real estate. Outside of work, Alexis values time with her family and her two dogs, Georgie and Freddy.
Nick grew up in Las Vegas with a background in construction. His passion for helping people and wanting to make a difference in his local community made Real Estate an easy choice. Nick has been a Las Vegas Realtor since 2022. Driven by his passion to help others achieve their true potential, Nick started a Non-profit CrossFit gym, Branded One CrossFit in October of 2016. Nick is currently attending the College of Southern Nevada with the intention of transferring to the WGU to complete his Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship.
