Are you licensed?

Absolutely, Alexis holds both a Broker license and a Property Management Permit.
Can I reach you after hours?

Each owner is given access to the Brokers personal number and email.
Can you put the money directly into my account?

We implement ACH payments to our owners and vendors.
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

You will receive a copy of the fully executed lease once the Tenants and Broker sign the lease.
Do you sell real estate too?

We have a team that is committed to selling and buying real estate, we do it all!
How and when do I get my checks?

Owners are paid between the 10th-15th of each month.
How is rent collection handled?

Rent is collected through our online portal.
How long of a lease do you sign?

Each lease is a year long with an option to renew.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

This is based on the tenants credit anywhere from one month's rent +$750 to three times the month's rent.
How soon can you start managing my property?

As soon as we are able to! Each situation is different but we can move as fast as you want us to.
What type of properties do you manage?

We manage all types of properties!
What type of reports do I get and how often?

Owner statements are sent out once payments have been processed. You will receive a copy of any work orders and unpaid or paid bills.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?

The Brokerage has a Trust account where any security deposits will be held.
