Are you licensed?
Absolutely, Alexis holds both a Broker license and a Property Management Permit. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Each owner is given access to the Brokers personal number and email. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
We implement ACH payments to our owners and vendors. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You will receive a copy of the fully executed lease once the Tenants and Broker sign the lease. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We have a team that is committed to selling and buying real estate, we do it all! -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owners are paid between the 10th-15th of each month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is collected through our online portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Each lease is a year long with an option to renew. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
This is based on the tenants credit anywhere from one month's rent +$750 to three times the month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as we are able to! Each situation is different but we can move as fast as you want us to. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage all types of properties! -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owner statements are sent out once payments have been processed. You will receive a copy of any work orders and unpaid or paid bills. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The Brokerage has a Trust account where any security deposits will be held.
