Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we will need an application approved and security deposit and lease signed. You must move in within 15 days of signing a lease. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Upon move in you will be responsible for the leasing fee, first months rent, and security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone 18 years or older needs to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, upon successful move out, based on the condition of the house. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We do not accept cosigners. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
We have an online application. -
How do I pay rent?
Once you are approved online we will send you a portal invitation and payments can be submitted there. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Each property has their own pet policy, please ask your property manager prior to move in. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Every party that is financially responsible will remain on the lease during the lease period. This will not be changed in the middle of the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Submit a 30 day Move out notice on your online portal.
